What the fee covers
Card processing, paying the seller, a payment that stays locked until you release it, release codes, and our team looking into any problem you report. For a job paid in stages, it also covers paying out each stage, so it's slightly higher than for one item.
Refunds
If you cancel before the seller has set up their payout, we refund the item price; the fee has already paid for the card processing. If the seller never claims the link, or we find in your favour, you get everything back, including the fee.
